TH Construction has completed two major renovations (plus one currently in process) on our house. Both projects have been finished to a high standard and exactly how we envisioned. Tim and his team are an absolute pleasure to have on sight and are always adaptable throughout the process for when/ if we need to make changes. I would definitely recommend T.H Construction for any renovation or new build for their quality of work, reliability and their great attitude.

Tim (of T.H Construction) is an outstanding builder. He has foresight, attention to detail, and he always finds a solution. His work shows perfection and care, and gives ongoing pleasure to the homeowner (me). Did I mention that he is the loveliest guy to work with?

This recommendation has no downside - I could not recommend him more highly. I think anyone who gets Tim to build for them has lightened their stress-load and picked a winner.

Tim and Amy accepted the challenge of our extensive renovation last year. It was atypical in that we were on-site daily, and Tim accepted Ian as a hammer-hand, as and where required. Unforeseen issues were uncovered during the destruction phase, and Tim always had a pragmatic and quality solution. He talked over any potential problems and it was easy to reach a consensus. During his first visit, the council inspector twice commented about the high quality of the workmanship.

We do not regret choosing T.H Construction for a new build. What can be a very stressful experience was anything but. The team were excellent to work with. From office staff to builders they were great communicators, always friendly and helpful, very tidy in their work and respectful of our property at all times. They paid great attention to detail resulting in a high quality construction we can not fault. They also worked hard to keep the cost within the quote and they did. We recently had the pleasure of working with T.H Construction Ltd who totally renovated our beach house in Omaha Beach, New Zealand.

We could not have asked for a more professional builder in Tim Henry who completed a fantastic renovation. It turned out better than we could have imagined. When Tim and his crew remodelling our roof and deck a neighbour said “Wow, renovations! You must be stressed out of your mind!” …and I didn’t know what she was on about.

Tim co-ordinated it all and it was actually really fun. When I had one of my Bright Ideas (these can go either way, by a really long way) we would all nut it out. The guys would all listen to what I was trying to achieve, make suggestions and were super polite about giving feedback. We got a great job done and I trust these guys 100%. They made the whole thing a breeze.

Highly recommend the T.H. Construction team. We worked with T.H. to remodel our bathroom and install new joinery throughout our 1970s home. The end-to-end process was seamless - Tim and Amy went above and beyond during the process of selecting materials and making design choices and then the building team went on to deliver high-quality work, consulting us when necessary along the way. The team were always very friendly and accommodating. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We used our local Warkworth builder T.H. Construction for our front porch, main deck and covered pergola and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Tim and his team are professional, meticulous, fast, flexible with any changes we wanted to make, and good at communicating. Never a grumpy face in site, despite having to work in mud and rain and around other teams 🔨 And I wish I could send every builder to Amy for a lesson in quote-writing! It’s the only one I’ve seen where it’s absolutely clear exactly what you pay for every step of the way - down to the hour. No surprises , no stress 🙏

We used TH Construction Ltd for a large deck, retaining wall, and getting our very steep gravel drive concreted. They were great to deal with and the communication was excellent. It was very much a case of under promising and over delivering. In addition to Tim giving us options around the build to meet our budget, he also had some great design ideas. We are really please with the quality of the build (the attention to detail was top notch) and it has held up very well. We would not hesitate to recommend T.H Construction.

I come from a line of family builders in the UK and Tim Henry and his team are possibly the most efficient, professional and skilled set of builders that I ever had the pleasure of working with. The initial quotation was well laid out and incredibly accurate. The time schedule of the work was 100% on the ball. Most importantly, the quality of the workmanship was faultless. I cannot find fault in the work and they were all an extremely pleasant set of guys to deal with (including Amy in the background with the necessary administration!). There is no question that I would use them again.

I would recommend Tim for any building requirements you have, he did an addition and large scale alteration/renovation on an old house for me and I was impressed by the quality of workmanship, not just on the main framing side of the building work but also the finishing’s, scribers, architraves, skirtings etc was top quality. He is also very easy and accommodating to work with allowing me to do bits and pieces myself to reduce costs, and communicated well keeping me well informed throughout the project.
