TH Construction has completed two major renovations (plus one currently in process) on our house. Both projects have been finished to a high standard and exactly how we envisioned. Tim and his team are an absolute pleasure to have on sight and are always adaptable throughout the process for when/ if we need to make changes. Tim (of T.H Construction) is an outstanding builder. He has foresight, attention to detail, and he always finds a solution. His work shows perfection and care, and gives ongoing pleasure to the homeowner (me). Did I mention that he is the loveliest guy to work with? This recommendation has no downside - I could not recommend him more highly. I think anyone who gets Tim to build for them has lightened their stress-load and picked a winner.

Tim and Amy accepted the challenge of our extensive renovation last year. It was atypical in that we were on-site daily, and Tim accepted Ian as a hammer-hand, as and where required. Unforeseen issues were uncovered during the destruction phase, and Tim always had a pragmatic and quality solution. He talked over any potential problems and it was easy to reach a consensus. During his first visit, the council inspector twice commented about the high quality of the workmanship. We felt able to ask any questions. I once queried an invoice, and Amy checked it out immediately and willingly. Thanks to their administration and relationships, we seemed able to get materials and sub-contractors as required. We unreservedly recommend Tim and Amy. They are thoroughly nice people who want to deliver a quality job in a respectful, friendly environment for all.

We do not regret choosing T.H Construction for a new build. What can be a very stressful experience was anything but. The team were excellent to work with. From office staff to builders they were great communicators, always friendly and helpful, very tidy in their work and respectful of our property at all times. We recently had the pleasure of working with T.H Construction Ltd who totally renovated our beach house in Omaha Beach, New Zealand. We could not have asked for a more professional builder in Tim Henry who completed a fantastic renovation. It turned out better than we could have imagined. The workmanship was excellent and he was happy to accomodate any minor changes and also offered great ideas about some of the design points of our project. Tim went above and beyond in helping us bringing our humble bach into the 21st century! When Tim and his crew remodelling our roof and deck a neighbour said “Wow, renovations! You must be stressed out of your mind!” …and I didn’t know what she was on about. Tim co-ordinated it all and it was actually really fun. When I had one of my Bright Ideas (these can go either way, by a really long way) we would all nut it out. The guys would all listen to what I was trying to achieve, make suggestions and were super polite about giving feedback. We got a great job done and I trust these guys 100%. They made the whole thing a breeze.

Highly recommend the T.H. Construction team. We worked with T.H. to remodel our bathroom and install new joinery throughout our 1970s home. The end-to-end process was seamless - Tim and Amy went above and beyond during the process of selecting materials and making design choices and then the building team went on to deliver high-quality work, consulting us when necessary along the way. The team were always very friendly and accommodating. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

We used our local Warkworth builder T.H. Construction for our front porch, main deck and covered pergola and I can’t speak highly enough of them. Tim and his team are professional, meticulous, fast, flexible with any changes we wanted to make, and good at communicating. Never a grumpy face in site, despite having to work in mud and rain and around other teams 🔨 And I wish I could send every builder to Amy for a lesson in quote-writing! It’s the only one I’ve seen where it’s absolutely clear exactly what you pay for every step of the way - down to the hour. No surprises , no stress 🙏

We had the absolute pleasure of using TH Construction to renovate (or more accurately, rebuild) our home in 2019/2020. The work involved gutting and reconfiguring our existing house and adding a 100m2 living wing extension. Right from the project tendering process, Tim and Amy were fantastic to deal with. The time, effort and consideration they put into their tender was immense, and gave us real confidence their estimate was accurate (which it absolutely was). It also set the tone for how they approached the entire build project. Their workmanship and attention to detail was outstanding, likewise their impressive communication skills. Throughout the project, Tim and Amy kept us constantly appraised as to progress of the build, how the project works were tracking against our budget, and made suggestions for how we could reduce costs if we wanted to. They treated every cost, however small it might seem, as significant to us and worked really hard to enable us to get the home we wanted for the money we had. Put simply, we could not be any happier with our home and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them to anyone who is thinking about building. Going with TH Construction was the best and most important decision we made in the entire process.
